appears on Songs of Praise
Graham Cleveland, Director of St Albans based
independent financial advisers Trinity Wealth Management, appeared
on Songs of Praise on Sunday 4th March. Being the Season of
Lent, Songs of Praise' presenter Pam Rhodes wanted to talk to
people whose life had been transformed having been in a spiritual
wilderness. Graham shared how his wilderness experience of inevitable
bankruptcy brought about a dramatic change that was to alter
his life forever.
Graham shared his story of how he had been a highly
successful salesman, earning considerably more than his peers
and enjoying the lifestyle that went with it. When he became
a Christian he thought that would cement his success. Then,
20 years ago, the dream lifestyle came crashing down when he
lost all his money after having invested in a colleagues scheme.
Bankruptcy seemed inevitable.
Songs of Praise skilfully linked a series of cameo
shots as Pam Rhodes narrated Graham's story along with face
to face interviews. Graham told how his following wilderness
experience forced him to review his life, his relationship with
God and more importantly what God had to say about possessions
and money. By studying the bible he slowly came to realise that
in fact God owns it all and teaches us how to handle all He
has given us.

With a new vision Graham's life turned around and
miraculously the inevitable bankruptcy did not happen. Graham
feels so passionately about his experience that through his
business he advises Christian and non-Christian clients alike
on how to invest and handle their finances and assets following
biblical principles. Through their charity, Trinity Ministries,
Graham and his business partner, Jon Cobb, give free seminars
about the biblical principles which relate to possessions, wealth
and God given goals and dreams, which people find very liberating.
